Ziraat Bank Albania, in its capacity as data controller, collects and processes the personal data of job candidates only for recruitment and candidacy evaluation purposes, in accordance with Law no. 124/2024 “On the Protection of Personal Data” and with Instruction no. 42, dated 22.07.2014 “On the processing of personal data of job candidates”.
The data sent through the CV and accompanying documents are used exclusively for the selection and recruitment process, are stored securely for the period specified by legislation and are not distributed to third parties, except in cases where required by law.
Candidates enjoy the rights guaranteed by law, including the right of access to their personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion when there are no longer legal grounds for their storage, restriction or objection to processing in specific cases, as well as data portability in a structured format.
